"Shy" is a Meetup group designed to provide support and community for individuals who experience social anxiety and shyness. The group aims to create a space where members can connect with others who share similar experiences and learn from one another.
If you find that your social anxiety is negatively impacting your life, "Shy" provides a supportive environment where you can meet and connect with others who have been there too. Whether you experience anxiety in social situations, have difficulty speaking in groups, or find it challenging to connect with others, the group welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and experiences.
"Shy" Meetup group hosts regular events and activities that provide opportunities for members to socialize, practice their social skills, and learn new strategies for overcoming social anxiety. These events range from social outings, like brunches and coffee meetups, to more structured activities, such as workshops and group discussions.
The group is also committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all members. "Shy" offers a non-judgmental space where individuals can share their experiences, ask questions, and receive support from others who understand what they are going through.
