• 6:45 PM – Meet & Mingle: Gather at the main entrance of the British Museum, where you’ll spot our group at the tall map stand on the right (check the uploaded photo for reference). Can’t find us? If you enter via Montague Place, head to the main entrance and turn around to locate the meeting point. We’ll linger for 30 minutes, giving everyone time to join the fun. Expect lively conversations and a warm welcome as you connect with fellow adventurers. There will also be a briefing for those wanting to take part in the with an optional team-based scavenger hunt.
• Explore the Museum: After mingling, venture into the museum’s captivating galleries in small groups. Marvel at the intricate Benin Bronzes, stand in awe of the ancient Egyptian mummies, or ponder the mysteries of the Lewis Chessmen. With late-night access, you’ll experience the museum’s magic in a relaxed, crowd-free setting, perfect for soaking in the atmosphere and sharing your discoveries with new friends.
• Reconvene at the meeting point at 8:15pm. We will set off for the next venue at 8:30pm
• 8:45 PM – Sip & Socialize: The evening continues at the sophisticated DoubleTree by Hilton London – West End (92 Southampton Row, London WC1B 4BH). Unwind in the stylish hotel lounge, where you can order refreshing cocktails or your favorite drink. Arriving late? Simply ask for ZEN at the bar to join the group. Note: Bring your ID, and dress to impress—no athletic tracksuits or sports trainers, please!
• 11:00 PM – Dance the Night Away: Cap off the night at the vibrant Simmons Bar Holborn (109 Kingsway, London WC2B 6PP), where a live DJ will spin electrifying tunes. Hit the dance floor, let loose, and celebrate the night with your newfound friends in one of London’s liveliest spots.

Ready for a challenge? Join our thrilling scavenger hunt. Form small teams of 3–5 at the meeting point and embark on a quest to uncover hidden gems in the gallery. Here’s how it works:

• Objective: Find and photograph specific portraits or details based on clues provided by our host. Clues might include finding a portrait with a specific color, a historical figure from a certain era, or an artwork with a unique prop.
• Rules:
• Teams must stay together and explore respectfully.
• Use your phone to snap photos of your finds—no touching the artwork!
• Submit your photos to the host by 8:00 PM for a chance to win bragging rights.
• How to Join: Sign up at the 6:45 PM meet-and-greet. The host will provide clue sheets and group you into teams. Solo attendees? No worries—we’ll pair you up!

This scavenger hunt is the perfect way to bond with your team, spark creativity, and see the gallery in a whole new light. Not into the hunt? No problem—explore the gallery at your leisure and join the group for drinks later!
