STAR WARS: The intergalactic tale of good versus evil, friendship, loyalty and love created a defining moment in the history of popular culture and launched one of the biggest movie franchises ever and introduced us to the JEDI.

Jedi’s have it all in balance. And all the Jedi’s meditate. Why? Because being grounded in their personal connection to the force is the basis of all effective, purposeful action.
Why do we meditate? A lot of people think it’s to take the edge off. To soothe our jangled, stressed-out nervous systems and get some relief from our chattering minds. And that’s part of it. But the real reason we meditate is that it sharpens us. It allows us to be more present and perceptive, to hone our sensory acuity, to make better, faster decisions, and to be grounded in a field of consciousness that’s deeper than our To Do list.
This will be an immersive, interactive workshop that will challenge your ideas about meditation and connect you with your inner warrior so that you may bring peace and balance to the universe. Comfortable clothing suggested, Jedi robes and lightsabers are optional.
(You do not have to have seen star wars to attend this workshop but viewing is recommended)
