My name is Tali Jai, I am a Kujndalini yoga teacher and Sound Bath Practitioner. I have also been trained in how use Kundalini yoga as therapeutic tool to deal with Addictions, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and other states that cause unhappiness. I would like to listen and Wellcome you to the group :)

Are you having Suicidal thoughts or Depression, lost the wheel to leave or in isolation and lonligness? Know that you are not alone! Come and join in our group! You will get to know people who can relate and validate your experience, make friends and also do some yoga together. Please note that this would not be a professional psychological advise. However, I can advise on holistic methods, breathing, yoga and life style to improve your well being. I invite you to start your transformative journey to recovery where we will be using Kundalini Yoga as a tool to balance hormones, brain, strengthen the nervous system while keeping a strong body. These are the main components that we are lacking when experiencing mental health challenges. The Talk group after the class will further give us the opportunity to speak the mind in non judgemental friendly atmosphere.

Please note that Kundalini Yoga vlass is happening on a weekly basis at The Yellow on Wednesdays 18:00 - 19:00, while the talk hour has to be scheduled. Please monitor the announcements!
