London Outdoor Photography! (walks and workshops)

Join us when conditions allow when we'll travel to the south coast and withstand the elements to capture some stunning photographs.

This will be a rare opportunity as we'll require 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞.

Our plan will be leaving London and travelling 1.5-2 hours to a pub next to our final location where we'll go through the settings required, conditions expected, safety (we'll be well away from the water though!), and how to protect our equipment.

Following our first session of shooting we'll head back to the pub to warm up with some optional food and drink and assess our photos. We can also look at post processing options for our images.

Once refreshed, we'll head back to one of the multiple viewpoints for our location and improve on our earlier session.

After the second photo opportunity we'll head back to the pub for a final break then start our journey back to London.

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
• Lens choice - 70-200mm or similar (full frame equivalent), 70-300mm, 28-105 (on crop sensor camera). Most of our previous shots have been between 100mm & 170mm. If you require a telephoto lens we may be able to help (message to request).
• Protective rain cover for your camera & lens.
• Cloths to wipe equipment (microfibre for lenses)
• We recommend shooting handheld (but tripods may be brought along)
• Waterproof jacket, trousers, shoes.

𝟏) Our workshop is by the sea and due to the sea spray that will be carried on the wind it is essential that you protect your camera from the salt water spray by using a protective cover.
𝟐) Wear full waterproof clothing.
𝟑) Due to the unusual nature of photographing in the wet and high winds we cannot accept any liability and you attend at your own risk. (We have shot at the location many times and seek to minimise the risks as much as possible).
