Join us for an EXTRA SPECIAL 'Doc in a Day'.

LDN have partnered with the charity China Exchange UK who are based right at the heart of Central London. They'll be hosting the event in their gorgeous venue in Chinatown and providing a small prize for the winning competitors.

What's their aim? Well their mission is to facilitate a greater understanding and curiosity about China by serving as a home for ideas, creative expression and discussion. We think that makes a Chinese new year styled Doc in a Day with LDN the perfect collaboration.

What is Doc in a Day?

At it's simplest, a challenge to make a documentary between 1-6 minutes to a deadline. The competition is designed to be open to people of all abilities: Wanna test out your new camera? Only got your phone? Just a notepad? Then don't hesitate to join us on Saturday morning and we'll help you connect with other people and form a team. In fact our success has very much been down to bringing people together, handing them a one or two word theme and sending them out into the wilds of London to produce a film. Sometimes they move onto bigger collaborations in the future! We place an emphasis on fun and learning through experience: no one here is ever the complete product.

• 09:45am - Doors open and register

• 10:00am - Time to network and form a group

• 10:30am - China Exchange Introduction and competition guidelines

• 11:00am - Theme announced
