Lets talk Lightning

Skip Sauls (Director of Product Management for Salesforce) and Doug Chasman(Distinguished Engineer) are in town in January and have offered to give a talk about Lightning.

This is a great opportunity to hear about Lightning straight from the people who were involved in its development.

Speaker details:

Doug Chasman is a Distinguished Engineer in Salesforce R&D and is the Lead Architect for Force.com (http://force.com/) focused primarily on Lightning Components, Lightning Extensions, Lighting Application Builder, and Visualforce over the past 3 years. He has worked in many different areas of R&D (Declarative, Programatic, Analytics, S1, etc) in the more than 10 years he has been with the company. He is also the proud father of Visualforce and Lightning Components.

Skip Sauls is a Director of Product Management for Salesforce, responsible for programatic platform UI technologies. Over the past 20 years Skip has worked at companies such as WebLogic, BEA, and Oracle. He is passionate about JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, and especially interested in JavaScript on the server.
