Guided walks through central London, starting and ending at a pub. All walks are free. See where authors painters and musicians lived and worked. Wednesday evenings after work. There are no events during the months October to March.

The Three Stags

Charlie Chaplin, the Periodic Table, Michael Faraday, Charles Babbage, the Museum of Anarchy, the street of balconies, Kubrick's archive, Little Mix and the Labour Party HQ. I will wait for you inside the pub from 7.00 pm to 7.30 pm, wearing a maroon shirt. If you are late or lost phone me on[masked]. From North Lambeth station, walk towards the church then along Kennington Road. When you reach the next set of traffic lights, the pub is on your left.

A Picturesque walk


The address of the pub is also given as Unit 1 West End Quay, W2 1JX, A walk along Paddington Basin with modern architecture. Not much to talk about. A couple of Thomas Heatherwick bridges then inside Paddington station to see the statues of Paddington Bear and Brunel. A short stroll. The nearest tube station is Edgeware Road (Circle and District). Walk towards the west till you cross over Edgeware Road then onto Praed Street. After you hit Harbert Road go into the shopping centre on the right till you emerge onto Merchant Square. Brewdog is on your right. I'll be inside from 7.30 pm to 8.00 pm, wearing a maroon shirt. Westminster Abbey, The Boys Brigade, Lord Reith, the HQ of the Liberal Democrats, Harold Wilson's house, the HQ of the Tories, the HQ of the Labour Party, Siegfried Sasson, Henry Purcell.
