Dr Mohammed Haji  - Couchbase Overview in Financial Services.

Couchbase is one of the leading NoSQL document database with a distributed architecture for performance, scalability, and availability. It enables developers to build applications easier and faster by leveraging the power of SQL with the flexibility of JSON.

Many financial services companies are now harnessing the power of Couchbase and are using it for a wide spectrum of use cases.  This ranges from real time data streaming, 360 degree view of customer and predictive analytics.  The talk will cover how Couchbase has helped Financial services companies in improving customer experience and enhancing quality of service

Christos Erotocritou - Apache Ignite

Apache Ignite is a high-performance, integrated and distributed in-memory platform for computing and transacting on large-scale data sets in real-time, orders of magnitude faster than possible with traditional disk-based or flash technologies.

Almost exactly a year ago, Christos presented an intro to Apache Ignite to the Docklands LJC and is back this year for a recap on what has happened during this time and what is planned for the year ahead as part of the product roadmap. During this session you’ll learn about the Apache Ignite project and how it is used to solve some of the most demanding scalability and performance challenges specifically within the finacial services vertical. This is a great opportunity to meet one of the leading GridGain architects and thought leader within the IMC space and ask your questions.
