Long Beach Diagonal Toastmasters Club Meetup

Long Beach Diagonal Toastmasters Club offers a friendly, fun, and non-threatening environment where members practice their speaking and leadership skills. Members learn to think on their feet and speak confidently in a wide range of situations, including table topics, where members practice short 1-2 minute off the cuff speeches. The competent communication manual helps guide members in preparing longer 5-7 minute speeches. Members build leadership skills by actively taking part each week in club duties such as timer, evaluator, or toastmaster. Members are encouraged to participate but do work at their own pace.
