This is an on-going process group for anyone who are separated from their partners needing support. It’s a safe and non-judgemental place for people to process their feelings, provide and receive support, and learn coping skills and self-care strategies for recovering from the loss of a relationship. We will address common issues such as, grief, loss, fear, shame, depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, loneliness, and parenting/co-parenting post separation.
This group will always be safe, free of discrimination, and non-judgmental space. All group members are welcome, regardless of their race, class, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, religious affiliation, immigration status, body size, or any other (self-) identifying qualities. If your ideas are different than this statement, we might not be the right group for you.
