February's Show and Tell event.... Come see members creative work.


Our Show & Tell events are for our members to network, get to know each other and share their creative work in a stress-free environment.

The event is 3 hours, typically the agenda is:
From 6 pm to 7 pm Networking (please feel free to bring refreshments)
From 7 pm to 8:30 pm is our Show & Tell event
From 8:30 to 9:00 wrap

Below are the details if you would like to present:

PLEASE RSVP EARLY and answer YES, if you wish to present. We will create a waitlist.

The first 8 to RSVP's are on the presenter's list.

with a short description, 2 sentences are fine, with what you will be showing.

Details for presenters:
Please arrive between 6-6:30 to load your creative work.
If you arrive after 6:30 you could lose your spot to a waitlisted members.

In the order of RSVPs we will create a folder with your name on it.
We will be there between 6-6:30 to help you load your work.

Bring your work on a PC USB thumb drive (Powerpoint is best but separate .jpg files are fine. Renaming your files like this: 01-name.jpg, 02-name.jpg, 03-name.jpg etc.. will help you while presenting. If you prefer we can have someone advance the slide/image for you.
Each presenter gets 5 mins to show and 5 mins for members to comment.
