LAA Soaring Spirits is an inclusive, secular organization supporting the widowed community in the Los Angeles area and beyond, no matter your age, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation. Join us at any and all of our events! Soaring Spirits builds community. We create, and maintain, innovative peer-based grief support programs for widowed men and women that serve a worldwide population. Based on the powerful connections created by shared experience, we endeavor to ensure that no one need grieve alone. Every Soaring Spirits program is designed to connect widowed with each other. Exploring our site will introduce you to the variety of support opportunities available. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have, or provide additional information about any of our programs. Soaring Spirits is an inclusive, non-denominational organization focused on hope and healing through the grieving process. We are positive, and forward thinking, while focusing on offering our members the tools and resources they need to rebuild their lives in the aftermath of the death of a spouse or life partner. We believe that access to hope changes lives; we can prove that hope matters.
