Judges:

Sam Li - Head of International Business Strategy, Sina Sports; Mentor, Stadia Ventures; Mentor, Startupbootcamp; Mentor, SPIN Sports Accelerator, HYPE Sports Innovation

Sam Li is the Head of International Business Strategy for Sina Sports where he is responsible for domestic and international sports rights acquisition; strategic partnerships with rights holders, teams and individual athletes; and international sponsorships and marketing. Sam is also a sports tech startup advisor, mentor and investor. His personal portfolio include companies in fan engagement, gaming, broadcast technology, and health and wellness. He is a mentor/judge for HYPE Innovation, Stadia Ventures, and startupbootcamp. He was previously an Associate Vice President with the NBA.

Barry Heninger - Managing Partner, Keiretsu Capital

Barry Heninger is currently a Managing Partner at Keiretsu Capital, a Bay Area private equity company that operates 6 funds devoted to early stage investing in tech, life sciences, blockchain and real estate opportunities.

Prior to joining Keiretsu Capital Barry was a partner in Global Sport Group, an Australia based direct investment and advisory firm that focused on golf assets. The firm developed and operated private golf and sports clubs in Australia, China, Singapore and Japan.

Chris Jones - Managing Partner, Think Strong Ventures, LLC; President, Progressive Solutions, Inc.

Chris is a life long entrepreneur, starting his first company at 23 to provide accounting services in Princeton, NJ. In the late 1990’s Chris worked as an outsourced CFO, raising capital for start-ups in NYC’s Silicon Alley. He raised over $2MM for a text to speech company and negotiated the sale of their software to Microsoft. His next start-up was a mobile gaming company, but unfortunately, Chris lost his entire investment in the aftermath of 9/11 when the phone companies discontinued the project.
