Enjoy the fun of preparing and baking your pizzas in a hand-made, earthen, wood-fired oven. Share ideas, pizza shapes, and tasty results. If you like, try your hand with a peel, get your pizza onto the stone hearth, see it brown and bubble up in that 800 degree heat. Everyone in the family can take part.

Just bring some pizza dough (BYOD from home or store) and toppings. If you need help, experienced pizza makers will be on hand. Watch your masterpiece cook in the glow from the live fire and then, in less than two minutes, slice and enjoy your pizza. People have gathered around such ovens for thousands of years, and reactions are still enthusiastic. Best pizza ever! The last loading of pizzas is at 1:15PM, so please come early!

What to bring:

Pizza dough & toppings. Pre-cooking vegetables is recommended, but not essential. We'll have tools to form your dough and add toppings. Bring something to drink, plus cups & sturdy plates.

Watch the weather forecast. Oven will not be fired if rain is probable.

Spread the word. Everyone is invited to these free Pizza Bakes and the Bread Baking right after. Donations at the bake are welcome to support the firewood and tool fund. PLEASE RSVP!
