Do you currently have a mindfulness meditation practice?

Are you ready to begin a transformation process that will fundamentally change the way you experience your moment to moment awareness?

Have you ever wondered whether or not you are really meditating?

Not knowing much about meditation I rarely think about it. I sometimes block thought about muscle and joint pain and once blocked thought about a painful memory to not have a painful migraine. I am wondering if religious prayer was originally intended to be partly meditating to prepare for the next day before going to bed? But not taught properly lost the meditative value? I don't know how scientists determine humans only use 5% to 9% (if I remember right) of our brain power but something is missing if we use so little of our minds. Can meditation help us focus or channel our thoughts more clearly? Can meditation help us deal with ideas and concepts we cannot visualize without it? I don't know if meditation helps us have ability to look at events from the perspective of someone else. Trying to wear their shoes helps understand others better.

Hello, I wan to learn more about Mindfulness-Exercises.
