How to Buy Deals in ANY MARKET!
Do you give good phone?
If you do, it’s called “Dialing for Dollars!”

It’s a way of finding and making deals PROACTIVELY (Not waiting for the phone to ring or answer some direct mail piece).

  • Do you know of anyone waiting for a _________ (fill in the blank with: real estate agent, wholesaler, alien, etc.) to bring them a deal?

  • Do you know anyone using direct mail and waiting for the phone to ring?

  • Do you know anyone going to a real estate club meeting and hoping someone will give them a deal?

All these methods can and do work… however they are PASSIVE in that they require someone else’s effort to bring the deals to you.

It involves a paradigm shift by the real estate professional. What is that?

Peter says “We are not making a cold call. We have nothing to sell. On the contrary, we are buyers looking to spend money. And ultimately we will be paying them and solving a problem.”

What? We are not groveling and begging for the deal?

Yes! And when you approach someone that truly needs your product or service and you have that mindset… it sets you apart from everyone else and disarms the other person.

And when you’re the one placing the call… you’re in CONTROL.
