ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Matthew Kelley and his affiliated investment companies have been purchasing primarily non-performing residential mortgages since 2010. Acquisitions range from charged-off 2nd mortgages, 1st position mortgages, commercial mortgages, in addition to properties from the courthouse steps. His purchase history includes numerous licensed brokers, hedge funds, Debtx, Union Bank, and Banc of California. While regularly bidding on portfolios of available nationwide mortgages, ancillary companies of common ownership include a title company, abstracting company, foreclosure Trustee, and Escrow Company.
