About Kathleen:

Kathleen Kramer has closed over 2500 transactions for more than $1 billion in volume in her 20+ years as a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Originator.

She and her husband, Michael, have personally invested in SFRs, Multi-Family, Commercial Office, Land, Syndications and Distressed Debt in several states.

Today, Kathleen has two businesses: a Multi-Family and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and a Residential and Multi-Family mortgage company.

Kathleen and her team specialize in real estate investment and finance solutions for clients with complicated tax and entity structures, but comments she ‘will close the easy ones, too!’

Kathleen earned a degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1990. She holds certifications in Commercial Real Estate, Private Lending and Mortgage Planning. She is a regular speaker at the Orange County Real Estate Investor Association, providing monthly economic and local Real Estate market updates. She enjoys teaching classes on due diligence and coaching her clients on moving up from single family to multi-family investing.
