I've observed Kristi's real estate career from a distance. Actually, I do that with most everybody. In her case: she a woman (face it, in business, most people consider that handicap) (strike 1), she started while working at a full-time JOB (strike 2), and finally, she's a foreigner (steeeerike 3).
