Because the Spartan Race is such an amazing way to connect with friends and make new ones I've decided to host free Spartan training meetups and invite you to join our team! Each weekly training session will be held at various West Los Angeles area locations. These training sessions will include running, sprinting, hill training, hiking, and plyometrics to help us with our endurance.
