Because the Spartan Race is such an amazing way to connect with friends and make new ones I've decided to host free Spartan training meetups and invite you to join our team! Each weekly training session will be held at various West Los Angeles area locations. These training sessions will include running, sprinting, hill training, hiking, and plyometrics to help us with our endurance.

Join me this Sunday morning for an epic circuit workout in the sand (upper and lower body, and core) for ALL Levels. To be successful in any competition, it is all about: * building a habit * creating a winning mindset * working together as a team * accomplishing your goals * creating the best version of yourself* and doing the best you can do Afterwards, we all head back to our RENOVATED Nutrition Center for post-recovery shakes, hang out with other Fun, Fitness-minded new Friends and a tour of the new space!! It's going to be awesome!!!!! This is a group that is all about healthy active life. We all know that if you eat right and work out, you will lose weight. But why do it by yourself? Want to get lasting results and not a diet? Come down, workout with us then come back to our Nutrition Center to learn more. We are here to support you in being the best version of yourself and make some new fitness minded friends! See you Sunday! * This group will be cross-promoted with several groups and programs * Sunday morning is a massive group, although we break up into smaller groups so you are able to get a great workout and meet new friends!
