Every Sunday 10am-4pm October 7th, 2018 through February 10th, 2019 NO VEGAN SUNDAY ON DECEMBER 23rd or 30th Rain or shine. Family friendly, all ages, and free to enter Free parking on Sundays Bring tupperware, reusable bags, cash or credit, and come grab some goodies! *ADA Service dogs ONLY are welcome (no pets or emotional support animals please) FIND OUR CONSTANTLY UPDATED VENDOR LISTS HERE - https://www.veganstreetfair.com/vegansunday On Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/events/236140430389704/ Vendor inquiries: [masked] *We are on the HONOR SYSTEM at Vegan Sunday and as such, we really need y’all to work with us on not bringing your pets to VSF. This isn’t a personal choice, friends. Because we are on a street with food vendors everywhere, dogs within 20 feet of food booths and tables break health code violations. Because there were so many non service dogs at Vegan Sunday on [opening day], we run the risk of being SHUT DOWN for violating those rules. We love dogs and cats and pigs and chickens and every animal under the sun. That’s why we’re vegan. But we also love this movement and putting on these events so that we can keep planting seeds of veganism in as many people as possible. Please please please help us keep this event going. Keep your pets and emotional support animals at home. ADA service dogs are always welcome. You can certainly have a friend bring food to you and your dog if you sit outside of the fencing of the event but you cannot order food with pets in hand or walk the street as it breaks the health rules. Again... their rules... not ours: California Health and Safety Code[masked]: (a) Except as specified in this section, live animals may not be allowed in a food facility. (b) Live animals may be allowed in any of the following situations if the contamination of food, clean equipment, utensils, linens, and unwrapped single-use articles cannot result: (7) If kept at least 20 feet (6 meters) away from any mobile food facility, temporary food facility, or certified farmers’ market. Again.. since there is food all over the street, there is no setting where you aren’t always 20 ft away. Thanks for understanding!
