Multifamily 101

Hello all,

Our next meetup will be on March 10th.

This Meetup group has grown substantially, and many new members have joined in the last couple of years. In our next Meetup we'd like to bring our new members up to speed with the basics. We will talk about transitioning from Single Family to Multi-family, basic terms and MF jargon, basic calculations, lending, etc. If you are new to Multifamily or want to get started, this Meetup is a great opportunity for you to learn the fundamentals and ask questions.

We will also say a few words about our experience with the current Texas/Indiana/KY MF markets.
