In our next Meetup we will have the pleasure of having Mr. Brandon Wilson talking to the group. Mr. Wilson is a lead broker at TKC (The Kirkland Company), one of the premier commercial real estate advisory firms.

As you may know, we recently purchased a class A+ property in Elizabeth Town KY, and Brandon was the listing broker on that deal.

Brandon will talk about his firm's specialty, which is the Multi Family markets of TN, KY and IN. We are very interested to grow our footprint in these areas, and this is an opportunity for everyone to learn more about an area of the country that is somehow able to stay under the radar.
