Let's get together and walk in the hills around Harwood Road in Los Gatos. I've been walking there for about a year and find that climbing up and down the hilly streets in that area is a bit like interval training. I also think it's a great way to get in shape for hiking longer distances and higher climbs. Even if that's not your goal, this is a great way to get in better shape and increase your endurance. I would like to say that many of the women who have signed up seem to have little trouble keeping up. This is not an easy walk for some, and you should know after the first time, if this is the right group for you. You should be able to walk at a very fast clip and have already established some endurance.
