I am not a personal trainer or a fitness guru. I am just a regular person on my weight loss journey. I know how hard it is to keep on track and get motivated to be active. That is why I decided to create a community of fun people so we can support each other and try new things together.
Some of the things we like to do are: Outdoor hiking, kick boxing, cross training, rowing, yoga, pole dancing, laser tag, paintball, bowling and kayaking. If you have any activities that you would like to do, feel free to suggest them to me.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, get active while you are having fun, or just meet some great new people; join us for the ride. We will meet once a week (mix between daytime and evening events), and do something fun to keep us on track, support each other and sharing tips.
