Bio:

Aaron Kopel is the CEO of Project Brilliant, an Indianapolis based Agile consulting firm. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), one of only 40 people in the world to hold both top level Scrum Alliance certifications. He led the world’s largest company-wide Agile transformation, and first full-scale rollout of SAFe, for 2 years at Capital One and has consulted and coached in exciting companies ranging from small startups to Fortune 100 firms. His expertise in Agile training, coaching, and transformation lead have led to the establishment of more than 1,000 Agile delivery teams. He is also the organizer of the AgileIndy and Agile Fort Wayne user communities.
