Love on Yourself with Gentle Yoga for Relaxation
Even if you've never done yoga before, this class is for you! We focus on a loving, body-positive environment to get the benefits of a gentle yoga practice, which may include movement, restorative, yin poses, breathing or laughter exercises, or guided relaxation. Practice loving your body just as it is today, and give it the attention it deserves. This 60-minute class helps: • Improve your mood and energy level • Release stress and muscle tension • Maintain / increase mobility and flexibility No fancy yoga clothes needed - just wear something comfortable and suitable for gentle movement. Drop-in cost is $15. Multi-pass options available for the studio as well.

Laughter is the best medicine so why not take a preventative step with your health and start laughing today! Laughter yoga clubs are in over 70 countries around the world. Practicing Laughter Yoga includes easy stretches, breathing and laughter exercises, intentional hilarity and playfulness, and time for relaxation. Everyone is welcome. We have tons of fun, build health, relieve stress, and make new friends! Welcome to our inclusive family, dedicated to more health and joy in the world.

Our organizer, Angela Greer is also a traditional yoga teacher who specializes in working with people who are new to yoga, or who think they can't do yoga, or that they don't have a "yoga body." She teaches gentle yoga classes for all levels, wherein she combines asanas (poses), movements and exercises from various yoga traditions including hatha, hasya, ashtanga, yin, kundalini, restorative, chair, and children's yoga.
