Our organizer, Angela Greer is also a traditional yoga teacher who specializes in working with people who are new to yoga, or who think they can't do yoga, or that they don't have a "yoga body." She teaches gentle yoga classes for all levels, wherein she combines asanas (poses), movements and exercises from various yoga traditions including hatha, hasya, ashtanga, yin, kundalini, restorative, chair, and children's yoga.
