Self Care has become a buzz word tossed around but not everyone undersands what it is. Experience an afternoon of learning, relaxation, renewed awareness in a safe, affirming space where you can relax and recharge. Come find out what happens when you actually put this concept into practice.

Space is limited- sign up early! Event location is a private residence in Leimert Park, Los Angeles. Location will be provided to registrants upon registration receipt.

This DayTreat will have you learn the fundamentals of self care and secure tools to put these fundamentals into regular practice. Additionally the day will include:

Guided breathing session

Create your own self care plan and kit to take home.

A guest speaker will join us to guide us in a dynamic conversation about self care and active lifestyles.

A healthy lunch

Before the day ends we will reflect on the day with a 'wine down wind down.'

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The event is open to ages 18 and older

How do I get the donation discount?

Receive your registration for only $45 by donating at least 5 NEW, UNUSED, bras, bralettes, and/ or panties. These items will be donated to homeless and unstably house women in the Skid Row community, in substance abuse treatment and women's shelters in Los Angeles. One promotion per person.

Donation acceptance at the discretion of the host. All sizes needed.


There are scholarships available. To qualify you must be currently employed in the following fields: social services, child care, education, environmental science, medical/ health care; share the length of time since last vacation/ break, and how you will benefit from attending. Street parking is available. The location is near major Metro bus lines.
