What we're about

Lovingkindness practice​ is designed to help all participants to experience, share, and grow in lovingkindness. It's a non-affiliated, open community of people coming together to practice lovingkindness as a skill, and to offer it to one another and to the world.

Practice sessions involve guided lovingkindness meditation (using adaptations of the Metta Sutta), sharing, and, of course, snacks. You can learn more at .

Lovingkindness practice is open to all. We have no religious affiliation or practice, although we do use an adaptation of the Metta Sutta, a Buddhist lovingkindness meditation, as one of our guides. We welcome all our Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, Taoist, Sikh, Buddhist, Christian, Jain, Unitarian, Baha’i, atheist, and agnostic friends – we welcome anyone who is interested in practicing lovingkindness. :)
