Hosted by Donovan (Dono) Evans, the group will explore the unique properties of low light photography with presentations and field trips. With the current health crisis, social distancing practices are in effect until further notice. I encourage you to continue exploring and sharing with the group in general. Keep exploring out-of-the-box options. Please be well and be safe. In the end, this too shall pass.

My work focuses on capturing a moment in time, whether it's portraiture, landscape, nature, lifestyle imagery, or basking in the light of the Milky Way.
Landscapes are a way for me to connect myself to the world. Like most of us, I work, pay bills, and will probably do so until the day I die. However, that's not living; that's a process of getting by. Landscape photography is, for me, a spiritual connection. The spiritual that I seek isn't religious or a belief in a guiding spirit. My landscape work aims to remind the viewer how small humankind is. How important that we try to be kinder to each other and to this world we live in. We are just stories at the end; we only need to make them a good one.
Be safe, be well, and take pretty pictures!
Cheers,
Dono aka Foto Dono
