My name is Diane Daniels and I am the Host of the "Weight Loss Nation™ Podcast." Two years ago, I lost 60 pounds, and I've kept it off, by Eating REAL Food, Doing Physical Activity I enjoy doing and learning how to have a Positive Mindset. Come to the Meet Up and Learn How do Lose Weight & Keep it off! My mission is to help over 100,000 people in the Tampa Bay area, lose weight and LIVE a Long-Term Healthy Lifestyle! My co-host Allison Hollister, LMT, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Structural Energetic Therapist® located in Tampa Florida. She specializes in helping people live a balanced life, pain-free. Allison eliminated the pain in my neck by using Structural Energetic Therapy. That allowed me to Walk PAIN-FREE! Soon, I began to lose weight, and I have now added bicycle riding and kick-boxing, which I enjoy very much.

Together, Allison and I will be educating you on how to lose weight and keep it off, while living a balanced life, that is pain-free!
