Hello and welcome to our FREE Sahaja Yoga meditation workshops.

All across the globe, many are seeking new sources of energy. Meanwhile, the most transformative energy of all is hiding in plain sight, within us. It's natural, sustainable, and infinitely renewable. It's called inner kundalini energy. And everyone already has it — everyone!

Sahaja Yoga Meditation, founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, is a worldwide movement for peace and self-awakening that through a simple, time-honoured technique will reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more cantered and better balanced. The meditation technique is based on connecting with the inner chakras (energy centres) and balancing the subtle body.

The classes are designed to help those attending to get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. It is quite effortless and spontaneous.

Together we will share tips on how to help stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home.

The classes also feature introductory talks, video's, practical workshops and general question and answer opportunities, making them perfect for seekers trying to establish a state of yoga.

The courses on Wednesday and Saturday are in English and French.

Sahaja Yoga Luxembourg propose chaque semaine des cours et ateliers gratuits pour apprendre et ressentir les bienfaits de cette méthode de méditation.

Shri Mataji est une personnalité religieuse hors du commun, connue dans le monde entier pour avoir rendu à la spiritualité sa dimension intime, personnelle et vérifiable. Son enseignement sur l’éveil de la Kundalini actualise les enseignements millénaires prodigués en Inde sur la recherche du Soi.

Le monde dit « développé », dominé par le matérialisme, n’a pu éviter ni l’aggravation de la paupérisation, ni les dérives écologiques majeures. La solution ne se trouve pas dans les conditions matérielles extérieures, mais à l’intérieur des êtres humains eux-mêmes. Leur possible transformation, à la fois individuelle et collective, est la découverte la plus révolutionnaire des temps présents. Nous sommes invités à la partager ici.

Aujourd’hui, rares sont les occasions de se sauver de son train train quotidien pour se relaxer et mieux connaître le fonctionnement de notre être.

L’objectif est d’apprendre à votre rythme et en petit groupe à vous libérer de votre stress intérieur et de vous laisser guider par votre énergie vitale intelligente: la Kundalini.

Petit à petit, vous connaîtrez les techniques pour vous équilibrer et vous ressourcer au quotidien. Les cours proposent également des conférences introductive, des vidéos et des ateliers pratiques.

Do you wish to learn to meditate or to go more in depth in your meditation? Then this online course is meant for you.

The first sessions begin with gently awakening your inner energy of through Sahaja Yoga meditation. You will learn to put your thoughts at peace by nurturing the qualities of the energy centres within you.

The course is free of charge. It is held in French and English every Saturday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm :
