Along with many other Legal Hackers groups across the world, in collaboration with LëtzBlock and Legal Informatics Luxembourg, we are happy to announce that we will host a node for the decentralized Computational Law & Blockchain Festival!

We will start the event with Gary Cywie, from Elvinger Hoss Prussen, giving us a brief introduction to the adoption of bill of law 7363 amending the law concerning the circulation of securities, allowing to hold securities through DLT (including blockchains).

After the presentation we will host an informal panel with experts from local industry and academia discussing blockchain technologies in general, Law 7363, permissioned vs non-permissioned blockchains, censorship resistance as a bug/feature and more!

Our panelists are:
Wim Stalmans (CEO, The Blockchain Academy)
Joachim Lebrun (Head of Innovation at Tokeny)
Marco Crepaldi (Ph.D. candidate University of Luxembourg)
Erwin Sotiri (Jurisconsul)
Gary Cywie (Counsel at Elvinger Hoss Prussen)
