In our meditation workshops we apply body, heart, mind practices that addresses work-life balance and helps one find ways to develop greater strength, refinement, and freedom within the cultivation of one’s serenity.
Our monthly meditation workshops are designed to give you the experiential platform to ask questions and receive personalized techniques and practices to use amidst one’s relational and situational world. No prior meditation necessary, Beginners are welcome!
