Join us on June 5, 2020 for our first M3 virtual meetup of 2020! M3, a metrics platform, and M3DB, a distributed time series database, were developed by engineers at Uber to quickly surface and reliably house large-scale metrics over long retention time windows. In 2018, Uber open sourced M3 and M3DB to help others in the community by providing a remote storage backend for Prometheus and Graphite for metrics at scale. Since then, project maintainers have been hard at work adding new features and functionalities for the M3 ecosystem. .
During this virtual event, M3 project leads at Uber and Chronosphere will discuss the latest updates made to M3 and SRE Brian McQueen will walk through how his team at LinkedIn use M3 to provide long-term, scalable metrics storage for their growing ML infrastructure.
