Putting AI to Work: Transforming HR and Recruitment
MCS Group, 10th Floor, The Ewart, 3 Bedford St, Belfast BT2 7EP, UK, Belfast, GBBuilding on our Mind the AI Gap event earlier this year, this follow-up session, hosted by MCS Group and Lewis Silkin will explore how organisations are approaching AI deployment and what it means for HR.
Our survey of HR leaders and senior decision makers across Northern Ireland earlier this year highlighted the need to invest in people, skills and leadership alongside technology.
This session will take that conversation forward, focusing on three key areas:
- HR transformation: how organisations are managing the workforce, skills and change challenges that AI deployment brings.
- Planning and getting started: identifying practical use cases, considering relevant legislation, developing internal policies and preparing employees through training.
- AI in Talent Acquisition: exploring how AI is changing recruitment, its practical applications and the role of human judgement in fair and effective hiring.
The session will bring together practical perspectives and shared experiences to help HR leaders plan their next steps with confidence.
