Let's meditate together, whatever type of practice you are engaged in. There's such a diverse selection of methods and groups yet we all have ultimately the same goal, don't we? Our spiritual evolution upwards towards the Divine? Let's break down the walls in this unique type of meetup where you join with us in silent group meditation in the way you find most beneficial to you. The only guidelines are:
Meditate your way!, (e.g. buddhist compassion meditation, falun gong, heart meditation, tai chi, TM, silent contemplation or a meditation that you have created on your own. It can be anything) No talking, chanting or loud breathing exercises in the meditation zone, so as to respect everyone's inner journey. Join us in the spirit of unconditional love.
How to find us: In the shade under one of the pavilions. Call me at 609-903-7021, but text messages only after the start time.
What to bring: A chair you find comfortable, or pillow, etc. Something to drink..
This is a free event. Bring your family and friends.
There is a unique benefit derived from gathering together to meditate as a group. Our individual effort is magnified, and the effects of the meditation increase exponentially. As we enjoy and create this harmonious vibration, we can emanate it outwards to all the people on the planet, all the nature and the Earth.
