Utilizing Retail Forecasting to Recover from COVID-19

Online event

We are fortunate to have Brittany Bullard speak at our November event. She is a Solutions & Analytical Advisor in the Retail practice at SAS and author of Style & Statistics: The Art of Retail Analytics. Bullard focuses on retailers’ strategic problems and challenges they face in an evolving industry. Her role allows her to apply her knowledge of advanced analytics to solve the most pressing issues and position SAS’s customers for success.Bullard brings to her team a decade of experience in the retail industry, and a fresh millennial perspective on the customer and user experience. Prior to joining SAS, Bullard acted as the Manager of Forecasting, Allocation, and Replenishment at Beall’s Inc. No doubt, the pandemic took us by surprise and it’s rewriting the rules of retail. There’s no going back to how it was anytime soon. In the new retail normal, however, demand planning requires specific considerations for historical data, forecast models, and planning parameters. Retailers will need to rapidly retune their retail analytics to account for the abrupt changes in consumer behavior that now come with the next retail normal. Join us for a live webinar on November 16th @ 5:15 pm CDT to discover how top retailers are leveraging machine learning techniques and forecasting strategies to capture recent trends, shifts in customer behavior and buying patterns to ensure their merchandising strategies are aligned with accurate demand signals for both existing and new products. This will be a virtual event with the Zoom "Doors" opening at 5:15 pm, we will start the talk at 5:30 until 6:30 with Q&A until 7:00pm.
