As part of our effort to launch a local ML/AI community we are happy to present local IT community ML based software:
“Intelligent parking solution” - sw+hw prototype based on OpenCV library+ Python by Davor Šantić iz tvrtke MYBESTBRANDS, our meetup member.

The model hardware system is based on the Raspberry PI 3 and RPI cameras, and the software part of the solution is written in Python using the OpenCV library. Prototype is made as part of the city of Salzburg parking solution.
Davor will present idea behind the solution and how it works, but also what he has learned by building this prototype by presenting his Python code.

Also our PMF/AI compile experts Saša & Goran will present OpenCV library and its ability to support the deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow.

As you know OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision) is a library of programming functions mainly aimed at real-time computer vision. The library is cross-platform and free for use under the open-source BSD license.
