Here is a list of bills that might be discussed:
HB 19-1028 Medical Marijuana Condition Autism - This is now law in Colorado.
HB 19-1031 Child Patient More Than One Primary Caregiver - This is cleanup legislation that should have been done long ago. This allows pediatric patients to have more than one caregiver, easing the burden on their parents. We absolutely supported this.
HB 19-1076 Clean Indoor Air Act Add E-cigarettes Remove Exceptions - The legislation adds vaping to the Clean Indoor Air Act.
HB 19-1090 Publicly Licensed Marijuana Companies - This is very good legislation that will finally allow access to capital for the majority of the industry.
HB 19-1146 tandem DUI - This legislation would have removed the 5 nanogram limit on DUIDs, ..
HB 19-1230 Marijuana Hospitality Establishment - We are extremely excited about this. After six years of work, Colorado has created the nation’s first, stand alone cannabis consumption license.
HB 19-1234 Regulated Marijuana Delivery -
HB 19-1263 Offense Level For Controlled Substance Possession - This legislation will move drug possession charges from felonies to misdemeanors.
HB 19-1311 Institute Of Cannabis Research Role And Mission - This will further the research of cannabis, here in Colorado. While there is some, we have always wanted to see more. This bill passed.
SB 19-013 Medical Marijuana Condition Opiates Prescribed For - This legislation will allow physicians to recommend cannabis instead of, or concurrent with opioid medications.
SB 19-093 Firearms Rights of Medical Marijuana Users - This legislation would have aligned the rights of a medical marijuana patient to obtain and possess firearms,
SB 19-218 Sunset Medical Marijuana Program - This is the continuation of the medical program.
SB 19-224 Sunset Regulated Marijuana - This will continue the current medical and recreational code, while marrying many aspects of the two.
