Referrals do not happen because someone is impressed by your job title, credentials, or background. They happen when something you say clicks into a recognizable pattern for the listener. That is the moment when the conversation shifts from polite nodding to real connection.
This workshop helps you understand how others listen, make sense of what they hear, and decide when and how to help. By focusing on how your message lands rather than how it sounds to you, you learn how to talk about what you are looking for in a way that is easier to remember, repeat, and act on.
The goal is not to perfect your pitch. It is to make it easier for the right people to see where you fit and who else should be talking to you.
Beth Elliott has spent 20 years working with people and teams across Fortune 500, nonprofit, and tech organizations, helping them navigate change and make clearer decisions about what matters most.
As the founder of Tangled Rabbit, she works with people in job transition and early-stage founders who know they have something valuable to offer but struggle to stand out in a crowded market. Beth helps them clarify what they are uniquely positioned to do and connect it to real market needs, so they can build careers or businesses that work because they are unmistakably theirs.
