Humans without implants - These will be your normal scared humans fighting technology and science. They will distrust implants and refuse to have them and will miss out on many advantages available to them.

Human with implants - Humans without an aversion to implants. so they will be able to take advantage of all the implants have to offer: access to computers, access to the Internet, telepathy with friends and relation. The available software will be similar to Apps in todays smart phones and iPads. Just download and go

Robots with AI - Robots with far more intelligence than humans. but will they have feelings, will they love hate lust, will they have human emotions, will they have a will to learn and explore.

200 years or less
Robots with human brain uploads - Will we actually have the ability to upload our brains to memory? Will that memory fit into a compartment the size of a human head, or will we have to upload to a cloud memory? How about privacy? What about brain hacking. Will we have to update the bran daily so that it is still us?
