** Modeling the Business: Capabilities of Analysis Services **

Join as we discuss modeling data to describe the what, who, why, and how of a business. We will cover the implementation of business requirements in today’s modern digital landscape. Requirements like row-level security, hierarchies, calculations, translations, perspectives, and more. Including tips on how to minimize demand from complex calculations, and large data loads. Strategies for running Analysis Services in the cloud and on-premises will be laid out and discussed based on various business scenarios. This session will include overviews and demos for business users, developers, and administrators of Analysis Services.

Bio
As the Practice Manager for Enterprise Data Management at Tail Wind I work with external vendors, customers, and partners to integrate disperse data sources into analytic solutions. Throughout my 17 years I have been specializing in Information Management, and implementing solutions for Information Strategy, Information Asset Management, Enterprise Data Management, and Analytics. I have implemented solutions in Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Retail from mid-size companies to large Fortune 500 companies.
