Hey! Are you into bodyweight training aka calisthenics aka Street Workout? Check out our classes! We teach calisthenics in a motivating, inspiring, and fun group environment. Every class($20 each) uses fun and demanding routines that will push your limits of strength and endurance. The group setting adds further challenges to the workout while offering encouragement and camaraderie between everyone involved. All classes are designed for ALL LEVELS to participate, so whether you're just starting to workout or are looking to break a muscle up world record, you've come to the right place.
We meet every Tuesday@7:00am(by demand through winter, message us for details), Thursday@6:30pm, and Saturday@11:00am at the Tompkins Square Park fitness equipment (10th St. and Ave. B). All classes are taught by both Mark Leitz (M.S Phys. Ed.) and Rick Seedman (ACE cert.), who have taught seminars, workshops, and classes in places such as Los Angeles, U.K, Ireland, Switzerland, Finland, and Norway in addition to having competed internationally. Walk ups are always welcome but of course we appreciate rsvp's!
