Get Into Presenting workshop (re-run and follow-up)

For those who missed it last time, we're running another speaker workshop for people who want to get into speaking, have thought about getting into speaking, or have been suggested that they should get into speaking.
• What we'll do
This four-hour workshop will:
- introduce you to some important concepts around developing abstracts, presenting, and presentation design
- get you hands-on to practice
- (if you're up for it) present back your abstract
• Agenda
- What do you know? Picking a topic
- In 10 words or less: Proposal writing
- Who are you? Crafting a biography
- How to lose friends and alienate people: Inclusive language
- Taking to the stage: Preparing and delivering a talk
• What to bring
Pens, notepads, laptops - whatever you think you might need to take notes, sketch ideas, and maybe even do a presentation!
