The mission of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) is the scientific study of UFOs for the benefit of humanity through investigations, research and education. Over the decades, Stephen Bassett has become the most recognized U.S. political activist pressing for government-recognized disclosure of the reality of extraterrestrial visitations and presence on our planet and engaging the human race.
Through his Paradigm Research Group, he has kept the subject alive in Washington, D.C. and among the U.S. public, making media and live public appearances frequently to keep his message in the public discourse. His mission is to hold governments accountable, seeking a planet of open contact and transparency, calling for an end to secrecy concerning this subject.
