We would LOVE for you to join our group! We are a small group of very active photographers living in the Northern Virginia area. In keeping with Meetup's intent, we are a physical presence; not just a virtual one. The MWCC Meetup group is closed to Manassas Warrenton Camera Club Members only. If you would like to become a member, please visit our webpage (to join) or come to a meeting and check us out before joining. The MWCC is a vibrant community of photographers in the Northern Virginia Area (NOVA). The club year runs from September through May with an annual awards banquet in June with occasional less formal gatherings in the summer. Our normal schedule is to have a speaker or presentation on the first Thursday of each month and have a judged competition on the third Thursday. Please see the calendar and the entries in the Latest News for details of upcoming meetings, workshops and field trips. If you have an idea for a field trip, please share it and we will see what we can do to create a MEETUP for you! If you are planning a photography outing and don't mind others joining you, please share it and we will see what we can do to create a MEETUP for you! It DOESN'T have to be planned months in advance... sometimes spontaneous field trips are a good thing and you never know who will show up! Any ideas for fields trips, please send to fieldtrips@mwcc-photo.org.
