Alternative to Black Friday: Creativity Day with Polly Sonifer

Visit Polly's house on Black Friday and use knitting machines (with her gentle guidance) to make fabulous, custom gifts! Time estimates:

Scarf = 15 minutes; Shawl = 1.5 hour; Sleeveless tunic = 1 hour; Origami jacket = 1 – 2 hours; Fingerless gloves = 20 minutes; Leg warmers = 30 minutes; Hat = 30 minutes

Bring your own yarn OR use yarn that Polly has in “the stash”. There are hundreds of colors and textures from which to choose! Lightweight coned yarn cannot be purchased in craft stores, but Polly has plenty on hand! Decorate your projects with beads, ribbon, fancy yarns, buttons, zippers, and more! All in Polly’s stash!

Steam table and sewing machine also available for use. Hot tea, coffee, and hot spiced cider available all day long. Children are welcome. Anyone over age 10 can use a knitting machine.
