ML Engineering OH - ZnTrack - create, run and benchmark DVC Pipelines in Python.

Details

πŸ‘‹πŸΌ Join us at the March ML Engineering Office Hours Meetup where we will have Fabian Zills, PhD Student at the University of Stuttgart, present on ZNTrack.

πŸ‘€ ZnTrack is a way to create, run and benchmark DVC Pipelines in Python.

From the repo:
"ZnTrack [zΙͺΕ‹k trΓ¦k] is an easy-to-use package for tracking parameters in your Python projects. What is a parameter? Anything set by a user in your code, for example, the number of layers in a neural network layer or the window size of a moving average. ZnTrack works by storing the values of parameters in Python classes and functions and monitoring how they change for several different runs. These changes can then be compared graphically to see what effect they had on your workflow. Beyond the standard tracking of parameters in a project, ZnTrack can be used to deploy jobs with a set of different parameter values, avoid the re-running of components of code where parameters have not changed, and to identify computational bottlenecks in your code."

We are looking forward to Fabian sharing about this project which is helping to form best practices on reproducibility and collaboration at the University of Stuttgart!

You can find ZnTrak as well as other great projects using Iterative Tools at our Awesome Iterative Projects repo: https://github.com/iterative/awesome-iterative-projects

πŸ“£ Note!
These Office Hours Meetups are not Webinars! They are designed to be and encourage interaction in our open-source Community! We want to build discussions between people that are grappling with a lot of tough problems in this intersection of machine learning and developer ops. But don't worry, you are free to come and kick the tires incognito. πŸ˜‰

While we have presenters that share on their workflows with our tools at these meetings, we encourage you to have your video on, unmute your mic and participate in the conversation! We're all friends here! You will likely be able to meet people trying to solve similar problems to you and gain different perspectives!

So bring any questions you have for the speakers and our team.
We are excited to hear and answer them!

❓As always, if you have any use case questions or need support in the meantime, join us in Discord πŸ‘‰πŸ½ https://discord.gg/j9tgb8NZUh

πŸ’‘ Or head to the DVC Forum πŸ‘‰πŸ½ https://discuss.dvc.org/ to discuss your ideas and best practices.
